Experience 28 beautifully decorated and illuminated boats along Carroll Creek from November 2024 to March 2025. Each boat features a unique design created by a local business or organization. Viewing is free, while voting for your favorites costs just $1. The lights are on starting around sunset.

Launch day November 23.
