Trunk or Treat & the Not-so-Spooky Library Trail of Treats @ Thurmont Regional Library

Description

Dress in your best costume and enjoy a family-friendly night out. Outside, community businesses will decorate trunks and disperse treats; along with the library's not-so-spooky story trail.  We'll also have lots of fun games for the kids inside and out.
