The Yogamour mission is to bring the therapeutic aspects of yoga and mindfulness to survivors of trauma, marginalized communities and “in-need” populations as an adjunct therapy towards healing and self-regulation.
When attending a Yogamour POP-UP class at Sky Stage, your $15 donation goes to support local non-profits including Heartly House.
