The Yogamour mission is to bring the therapeutic aspects of yoga and mindfulness to survivors of trauma, marginalized communities and “in-need” populations as an adjunct therapy towards healing and self-regulation.
When attending a Yogamour POP-UP class at Sky Stage, your $10 DONATION goes to support Yoga and Mindfulness Programs as an adjunct therapy at the Heartly House.
