Kids Come First Learning Center was established in 1995. It is an accredited Preschool and a Maryland excels Level 5 school. We serve children ages 2-5 with a variety of class offerings. We have an enrichment reading program (Stepping Stone to Reading) offered to 4 year olds and extended day for both 3's and 4's.
