Have your party in the Catoctin Mountains!
Full kitchen with dining hall with seating space for approximately 70, Large pavilion w/stage and seating space for approximately 60, Open field, trails, 2 gaga ball pits, 2.5-4' in ground swimming pool, small pond with canoes and small pavilion and grill, amphitheater, archery range, and full service restrooms. All areas and activities are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Basic Party Rental: $100 / 2 hours. Only includes space for celebration. $50 each additional hour.
Pool Party Rental: $250 / 2 hours, including space for celebration and lifeguard supervision. Up to 40 swimmers. $50 each additional hour.

Archery: $50
Canoes: $100
Kitchen Use: $50 Including refrigerator, freezer, and dish sinks. (Users preparing food on-site or hiring caterers that will be using the full kitchen must purchase Temporary Food Permit from Frederick County Health Department: http://health.frederickcountymd.gov/439/How-Do-I-Apply-For-A-Temporary-Food-Perm.
