I really won the mom jackpot when it comes to having good sleepers. Now don’t get me wrong. I've never had one of those (imaginary, in my opinion) babies who slept through the night at a week old. However, my kids all quickly settled into a full night’s sleep well within the first year. While that is a great feeling, we always struggled to find a diaper that could hold a whole night’s worth of you know what. After three kids in diapers, I consider myself an expert on nighttime diapering. It’s what stands between my house and a good night’s sleep!
The norm at our house is to change the crib sheets often because they are almost always wet in the morning. I’ve tried overnight diapers (which work so-so) and doubling up on diapers (not a winner). I always assumed that bulk meant more absorbency. Turns out I was going about it the wrong way!
When Pampers sent out some of their newly redesigned thinner Baby Dry Diapers to test and review, I knew we had the perfect house to put the size fives to the 12 hour test. After four nights in a row, I am happy to report that Pampers Baby Dry won the battle in keeping my son (and his bed) dry! Turns out my approach that thicker is better was all wrong. I am also happy to report that his diaper rashes are at an all time low. He is comfortable and happy in the new Baby Dry diapers, which means as his mom I am happy too!
The diapers’ thick-to-thin technology distributes wetness evenly and locks it away so babies are even drier than before. The look has changed, but the protection hasn’t. In fact, Pampers Baby Dry diapers are now enhanced with extra absorb channels.
Throughout the rest of the year, Pampers Baby Dry will be undergoing a rolling launch. What does this mean to you? Baby Dry diapers will be available in different sizes throughout the year – so someone who is going to buy size 6 today might see different packaging than someone who sees size 1. Have no fear though - with the Pampers name on it, you can be assured the dependability is the same regardless of how the packaging looks!
