Review: WaterPik® PowerPulse Massage™ Shower Head

Special rebate for Mac Kid readers!

December 14, 2015

Since purchasing our home over a year ago, we have been in constant home improvement mode. Our goal for the past year has been to bring this home out of the 80’s and into modern day. Needless to say, cosmetically a complete overhaul has been required. Not surprisingly, shower heads were on our list of items to replace. You can imagine my excitement when a WaterPik® PowerSpray+ hand held shower head with PowerPulse Massage™ technology arrived at my doorstep.

I had actually been researching showerheads for awhile before receiving the PowerSpray+ hand held shower. The shower head features PowerPulse Massage™, which offers two times the massage force compared to competitor retail brands. At our house, the water pressure coming out of a shower head is a big deal. It has to be strong. WaterPik’s PowerPulse Massage™ technology creates maximum pulsating force for a noticeable difference and a superior shower.

WaterPik advertises their shower heads as easy to install. Always the skeptic, I allotted myself a large chunk of time one afternoon to install the new shower head. You can imagine my surprise when within five minutes I had the old shower head off and the new WaterPik® one up and running. It could not have been any easier. Check out my video if you do not believe me. Trust me, if a sleep deprived mom of a five day old can install it without any trouble so can you!

Our house loves the PowerSpray+ hand held shower. The pulsating force of the water is incredible. While there are other shower head models from WaterPik that incorporate the PowerPulse Massage™ technology, the hand held shower is the perfect one for our home. Adults find it relaxing, rinsing children’s hair is super simple, and it makes cleaning the shower a breeze.

WaterPik’s high-performance, high-style shower heads offer an affordable way to breathe new life into any bathroom. Available in a range of models in chrome finish, PowerPulse offers fixed mount and handheld versions currently at Walmart and The Home Depot, and coming to Menards in December 2015 as well as Target in Spring 2016. Suggested retail prices range from $19.99 to $44.99. To learn more about Waterpik and PowerPulse shower heads, visit www.Waterpik.com/PowerPulse. Macaroni Kid readers can take advantage of a $10 rebate on all WaterPik shower heads $29 and up.
