  1. Instrument Petting Zoo at C. Burr Artz Library - Inspired by Musical Storytime? Play with a variety of instruments from around the world and make some music of your own! Designed for ages 0 and up with a caregiver. Instrument Petting Zoos are offered on the first Monday of each month following Musical Storytime.

Purim in the Wild West at Chabad of Frederick - Join us for Purim in the Wild West- Wild West rope magic show, delicious themed buffet, Megillah reading with animated slideshow, Masquerade in western attire, boo Haman with cowbells, Hamantaschen & Graggers, Art Project. Fun for the entire family!
  1. Frederick Pop-Up Kids Consignment Sale at Frederick Fairgrounds - We look forward to seeing you at the sale!
  1. Show: Frosty Fairytales at FSK Mall - An anthology of student work, including two short plays created by the students and a student circus.
  2. Backyard Chickens at Brunswick Library - Thinking about raising chickens in your own backyard? Jeff Semler, poultry expert with the University of Maryland Extension, will share tips on establishing and caring for your personal flock.  
  1. Kids Club at JC Penney - March's Kit:  Create Your Own Wind Chime!
  1. Blessings in a Backpack Food Drive at Club Pilates - Did you know that approximately 9 million children are experiencing food insecurity? The consequences of hunger are much more than a growling stomach. Poor nutrition can result in a weaker immune system, increased hospitalization, lower IQ, shorter attention spans, and lower academic achievement. Children are fed during the school week by federal government programs. Blessings in a Backpack want to make sure they’re getting nutritional meals over the weekend, too, and we'd like to help them!
  1. R.E.A.D. with Wags for Hope at Middletown Library - Children practice reading skills to the patient and adorable Reading Education Assistance Dogs. For Children Grades K-5. 
  1. Barnes and Nobles Kids Storytime - Our Weekly Storytime is back in our Children's Department.  Come and join us as we read some awesome books! 
  1. Family Storytime at C. Burr Artz Library - Enjoy stories, fingerplays, rhymes, and more.
